يوم الخميس 16 جانفي 2020 يقاضي المجلس الجناحي بالمحكمة الابتدائية بمدنين رئيس فرقة الشرطة العدلية بجربة سابقا و رئيس مركز الأمن الوطني بحومة السوق جربة سابقا بتهمة 'الاعتداء بالعنف على الناس من موظف عمومي دون موجب حال مباشرته لوظيف طبق أحكام الفصل 101 من المجلة الجزائية ' وذلك في قضية الاعتداء الذي تعرضت له , أنا لينا بن مهني و عائلتي ذات ليلة 31 أوت 2014 . أعلم بهذا جميع من هبوا لانقاذنا ليلة الواقعة و كلّ من ساندونا, بصفة أخرى في مجابهتنا للافتراء و العسف و التهام باطلا و لحفظ حقوقنا من محامين وهيئاتو منظمات و جمعيات و نشطاء حقوقيين و أصدقاء , و أقارب. و إذ أجد نفسي و عائلتي مجبرين على التخلّف عن حضور المحاكمة نظرا لتدهور حالتي الصحية فإنّني أعتذر للجميع و نضع بين أيديهم و بين أيدي السادة المحامين منهم- و يتقدمهم الأستاذ المهدي بن حمودة مسار القضية و مآلها.
