Quand un blog accessible dans le pays de son auteur est censure sous d 'autres cieux

Well , few days ago the blog of the colleague naouefl Chaara was not accessible in Tunisia . I tried so many times but it did not work , as it is explained in the following post .Now, strangely and fortunately , it is accessible .
